Terms of service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, registering, downloading, installing, or using any product, software, script, configuration, computer-vision system, or related service provided by Cosmic Scripts LLC (“Company”), including but not limited to Cronus Zen scripts, Titan Two integrations, and Cosmic Vision computer-vision tools (collectively, the “Products”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User” or “Customer”) and Cosmic Scripts LLC.

2. Nature of the Products

All Products provided by Cosmic Scripts LLC are offered solely for experimental, educational, and developmental purposes.

The Products are designed to explore:

  • Controller input automation
  • Timing analysis and configuration behavior
  • Computer-vision–based input evaluation
  • Repetitive input execution and testing workflows

Cosmic Scripts LLC does not guarantee gameplay outcomes, progression results, competitive advantages, or performance improvements, and makes no claims regarding success, rankings, or in-game status.

3. Eligibility & Access Control

Access to certain Products may require:

  • Registration of a valid device serial number (e.g., Cronus Zen)
  • Verification via the Cosmic Scripts Discord
  • Explicit approval by the Company

Cosmic Scripts LLC reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected misuse, abuse, circumvention, redistribution, or violation of these Terms.

Unauthorized access, sharing, or distribution of any Product is strictly prohibited.

4. License Grant & Usage Restrictions

Upon approval, Cosmic Scripts LLC grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product solely for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

The User may not:

  • Copy, modify, resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the Products
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source logic
  • Circumvent licensing, authentication, or access controls
  • Use the Products for commercial, competitive, or third-party services

Each license is limited to one registered device per purchase, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

5. Cosmic Vision–Specific Terms

Cosmic Vision and related computer-vision Products rely on:

  • Visual capture devices
  • User-specific calibration
  • Environmental factors (lighting, latency, resolution, hardware)

Cosmic Scripts LLC does not guarantee accuracy, consistency, or compatibility across different systems, games, updates, or environments.

All Cosmic Vision Products are provided as-is, and functionality may vary significantly based on user configuration.

6. Compliance Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for:

  • Understanding and complying with the terms, policies, and enforcement practices of any game, platform, hardware manufacturer, or service used in conjunction with the Products
  • Any consequences resulting from use, misuse, excessive use, or improper configuration of the Products

Cosmic Scripts LLC does not monitor, control, or influence third-party enforcement actions.

7. Support & Updates

Cosmic Scripts LLC may provide limited support for installation and basic technical issues at its discretion.

Updates, patches, or changes may be released periodically but are not guaranteed, and compatibility with future firmware, software, or game updates is not assured.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosmic Scripts LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Products, including but not limited to:

  • Account suspensions or restrictions
  • Loss of access, progression, or data
  • Device malfunction or incompatibility
  • Enforcement actions by third parties

All Products are used entirely at the User’s own risk.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing any Product, the User agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes.

Any chargeback or dispute may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access
  • Permanent revocation of licenses
  • Removal from associated communities or services

Cosmic Scripts LLC reserves the right to dispute fraudulent chargebacks and pursue appropriate remedies.

10. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of the Products and the immediate delivery of access, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • User dissatisfaction
  • Compatibility issues
  • Game, firmware, or platform changes
  • Enforcement actions by third parties

11. Modifications to Terms

Cosmic Scripts LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosmic Scripts LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acknowledgment

By purchasing, registering, or using any Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in full.
